In 2Q 2018, Four Rivers (“FR”) closed on an initial equity raise and launched the FRC Genesis Fund. The FRC Genesis Fund is focused on the acquisition of quality, single-tenant commercial real estate assets net leased to credit worthy tenants. With a strong tenant mix and geographic diversification across the United States, the FRC Genesis Fund is designed to generate strong, stable cash flow yield for investors. By targeting properties in core markets with superior underlying real estate fundamentals, the FRC Genesis Fund provides the opportunity for capital appreciation and long-term upside.
